Ellen's Investment Club meeting on March 15, 2011

Hi everyone:

Thank you for attending Ellen's Investment Club meeting on March 15, 2011.

 

* We reviewed the Book: Paradox of Choice by Barry Schwarz. Missed opportunities or hypothetical trade-offs add anxiety when we are facing a myriad of choices. We have to learn to reduce or simplify our investment decisions.

 

* We demonstrated Investopedia Simulation. I have created a word document of step-by-step instruction to create an account on this website.

* We discussed the upcoming Achievement System to encourage our members to actively participate in club's in-class and online activities.

 

The upcoming session will be helding on April 19, 2011 at 7:30pm in the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (750 Spadina Ave).
