Here are the action items coming out of the January meeting:
ReplyDelete- Gordon requested feedback from the group about the nature of the meeting agendas. There was hearty discussion on this front and the group came to agreement that it would interesting to pilot a meeting agenda that would engage members in sharing their own experiences and holdings.
- Bryan agreed to put together a template of speaking points to guide sector discussions and engage members in sharing their own experiences and holdings.
- Gordon plans to introduce the topic at the end of the February meeting (after the guest speaker) so members have an opportunity to weigh in on this approach and provide feedback on Bryan's template of speaking points to guide sector discussions. If there is member consensus that this approach would be of value then Gordon will ask members to be prepared to pilot it at the March meeting.
